Derivery System

Preordered Item : These items are preodering condition now.
We start to produce after we find your order. So, you might wait for 4~6 weeks to get your order.
  - DollHeart Items' preordering is following the different scheduled launching date and scheudled shipping date.

Insurance :  If you need to add the insurance on the shipment, please leave the request for it on the comment when you order.

Derivery : All orders placed which is in stock condition on USA warehouse before 3:30 PM PST (Monday through Friday) will ship out the same day. Orders placed after Friday 3:30 PM PST will ship the next Monday morning.

Products from multiple-item orders will not be shipped individually. To save you money, your order will ship once all items from the same order are packaged together.

If you discover an error in your order requiring a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately , After an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
